🚚 JBranding Delivery Policy

We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa. Once your order is complete and payment reflects, your parcel will be shipped using the delivery option you select:

✅ Delivery Options:

1. PEP Store to PEP Store
   📦 R60 | 3–9 working days
   (Collect from your nearest PEP Store)
2. PUDO Locker (The Courier Guy)
   📦 R65 | 1–4 working days
   (Collect from your chosen locker)
3. Courier Guy – Door to Door
   📦 R105+ | 1–3 working days
   (Delivered to your physical address)

⚠️ Important Notice:

• The delivery fee does NOT include insurance.
• If your parcel is lost or damaged during delivery, we are not responsible.
• If you require insurance or secure shipping, please let us know before delivery so we can arrange it at an additional cost.

📝 Additional Notes:

• Delivery starts after production is complete and payment is confirmed.
• Please make sure your address and contact info are correct.
• We’ll provide tracking details once your parcel is sent.

⏱️ Turnaround Time Policy – JBranding

We are committed to producing high-quality work while meeting realistic deadlines. Our production time depends on the type of order, quantity, and current workload.

✅ Standard Turnaround Times:

• T-Shirt, Hoodie, Cap Printing:
  ⏳ 2–4 working days after payment and design approval
• Sewing & Custom Garment Orders:
  ⏳ 4–7 working days depending on quantity and material availability
• Tags & Labels (Hem, Hang, Satin, Washing):
  ⏳ 2–5 working days
• Full Branding + Packaging Combo:
  ⏳ 5–10 working days depending on complexity

⚠️ Important Notes:

• Turnaround time begins after payment is received and your artwork is approved.
• Rush jobs (24–48 hrs) may be available on request at an extra fee.
• If there are delays with material or courier services, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
• Larger or bulk orders may take more time — we’ll give you an estimated date upfront.
